Production & Quality Facility
Apart of manufacturing Wiring Harness, Battery Lead and Cable, we are also performing sub activities in-house. We are having facility for following activities We own a fully equipped lab for testing of compound, copper wire, cable and wiring harness and other accessories. Our units are already ISO-9001/2000 certified for more than 5 years now. Apart, we are also having BIS certifications and self certifications of various OEMs in India. We are constantly improving our processes for better quality control and to reduce our response time. We also conduct some of the test at the time of production so that fault if any can be detected at early stage. We also consider quality as part of production process itself. Wiring Harness is manufactured under supervision of experienced technician on self certification basis. Crimping is done through power press machine which ensure proper crimping strength and quality. For Cable manufacturing we have our exports in extrusion technology, trying to minimize the variations and give a constant quality. Compounding is carried on in assistance of our PVC / Rubber technologist. Our R&D; department constantly tries to improve the quality of the compounds for better electric and physical properties. We also specialize in tinning of Copper and have also started in-house plating of our connectors. |
